Shipping & Handling

Depending on your address and availability of inventory, we fulfill from one of our three fulfillment warehouses.

• Fulfilling from our US warehouse:

Orders to USA and Canada

Orders within the continental USA are delivered by USPS or FedEx Home Delivery. Orders within Canada are delivered by FedEx services. 

We accept returns or exchanges on orders and shipments on condition that the product’s seal has not been broken. The shipping fee for returned orders will not be refunded, and an extra shipping fee for return process will be deducted from your total order. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Given that your orders are fulfilled from within the continental USA, you might be subject to state and federal sales tax, or duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased with discount and shipping fee deductions.

• Fulfilling from our EU warehouse:

Orders to Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, and Poland.

Due to EU regulations on online sales, you will be charged EU sales tax which is separate from any import tax that the customs might charge you.

Orders are delivered by DHL services. 

If your order is not available in our EU warehouse, we will cancel and refund your order.

Fulfilling from our South Korea warehouse (Seoul, South Korea):

Orders to Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, and United Kingdom. Selected products are shipped from South Korea directly. 

For standard shipping we use K-packet services. K-packet is the national postal service in South Korea that has shipping agreements with each of the destination countries’ postal services:
