What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship from three different warehouses to different parts of the world:
- California warehouse for US and Canada based Blithians.
- Berlin warehouse for Blithians in Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, and Poland.
- Seoul warehouse for Blithians in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, and United Kingdom.
How long will it take to get my order?
We generally process your orders within 2 business days after they are placed. Depending on where you are located, the parcels might arrive to you from 5~16 business days.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Once your parcel is shipped, you will be provided with the tracking number and tracking website where you can check on the status of your parcel in real time.
Can I return my product?
We do accept returns or exchanges on orders and shipments on condition that the product’s seal has not been broken. The shipping fee for returned orders will not be refunded, and an extra shipping fee for return process will be deducted from your total order.
In case you wish to apply for a return for refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with email title: Return request for [Your order number] and include your reason for return in the body of the email.
Can I get a discount coupon?
