Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

USA & Canada Orders: Orders are fulfilled from within the United States. U.S. orders may be subject to applicable sales tax, while Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.

International Orders: Orders are fulfilled from South Korea and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

To request a return, please contact customer-support@vcg.co.kr with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number]” and include your order number and reason for return.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
